Our mission statement

Community engagement
Supporting our local community has always been important to us, we have run youth clubs, community events, and litter picks.
It was a pleasure to sponsor Pegasus Under 11’s football team providing them with a new kit. They looked very smart as they ran out onto the Hereford Football ground in April and they did us proud winning a very close Final.
Investing time and resource into local clubs and community events is so important, it not only provides opportunities to develop and grow, but it also brings great joy and friendship. Being connected is so important for our wellbeing.

World class careers education can’t exist without input and insight from industry leaders.
Being an Enterprise Adviser helps demystify the world of work to education leaders connecting our learning from business and enabling us to feed this back and vice versa, while ensuring careers education remains reflective of the fast-changing labour market.
This has been a valuable experience in engaging the future workforce and supporting the local economy.
Environmental impact
Playing our part in supporting Herefordshire Council’s Zero Carbon initiative by 2030.
As part of our commitment to employment, all staff have access to a personal bike to aid physical and mental wellbeing. We request that all staff use bikes or walk if attending meetings / events within the city. This reduces our car movements through the city by up to 50 miles of short journeys per week.
Where possible, we use trains for longer journeys and group together meetings to minimise trips to further afield clients. We still see great benefit in face-to-face meetings, although online meetings are a huge part of our working day too.
